Describe your role at Kisi:

My job as a Workplace Experience Specialist at Kisi is great because everyday looks different! I handle anything from culture initiatives, HR tasks, and office management.

What I like most about my job is that I get to be creative and work on different projects that enhance the employee experience at Kisi.

What has your experience been like working with an international, remote team?

I think the international aspect is great as I enjoy learning new things about people, cultures, and places! The different backgrounds and experiences are really what makes this such a great team!

The time difference can be a little challenging sometimes, but people are generally very good at planning their day around this.

Kisi has four core values: Forward, Human, Trusted, and Responsible. Which one do you feel most connected to?

Definitely human. I enjoy being part of nurturing the team culture and bringing people together!

What is your favorite part about working at Kisi?

My favorite part about working at Kisi are the people! We have a diverse team and we learn from each other and collaborate across all departments. I also like that I get a lot of freedom to explore ideas and tackle challenges.

What motivates you in your role?

Company and team culture is such a big part of work! Constantly striving to improve the employee experience and create a work environment where people feel included and connected is what motivates me the most.

What is something most people don’t know about you?

I love singing and went to a music school when I was younger. (unfortunately, I am not very good at it anymore haha)

What is your current favorite TV show/podcast/book?

Anything horror/true crime! And when that gets too scary, I re-watch The Office or Parks and Rec.

What can you be found doing on the weekends?

I love baking and cooking! During the weekends, I usually cook or bake something new and invite friends and family over. I am also learning how to crochet. Currently working on crocheting a bucket hat for my nephew.
