To further extend our coverage of identity providers, we now allow you to automatically provision your Kisi environments with user- and group-identity information from your organization’s Microsoft Azure Active Directory through SCIM 2.0.

Kisi Organizations now allow businesses to extend their SSO (single sign-on) and SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) to their access control while managing unlimited locations with streamlined billing — all from one dashboard.

SCIM is an open standard for automating the exchange of user- and group identity information between identity domains or IT systems. When integrating Azure SCIM with Kisi, Kisi permissions are automatically updated according to changes made within Azure.

You can create permission automations within Kisi based on related fields within your Azure directory, enabling you to automatically grant access based on user, department, or location, further streamlining onboarding and offboarding.

Please note: SCIM is only available on certain access control plans and must be configured in your dashboard. After this operation, it will be up and running and will not need any maintenance. SCIM 2.0 is currently available with Azure, Okta and OneLogin but our integration portfolio is constantly expanding.
