As customers book simulator bays, join memberships, or purchase eligible packages, Birdie provisions time-based Kisi access for the appropriate doors. When bookings end, memberships expire, or purchases are cancelled or refunded, access is automatically revoked without manual intervention.

How the Birdie + Kisi integration works

Birdie connects bookings, memberships, and customer activity with Kisi access control to automate facility entry.

When a customer books a simulator bay, purchases a membership, or receives a punch pass or lesson package, Birdie automatically provisions Kisi access for the appropriate time window. If a booking is cancelled, refunded, or expires (or a membership lapses) access is automatically revoked, ensuring only authorized users can enter the facility.

For one-time bookings and guests, Birdie can send secure, time-bound unlock links by SMS or email, allowing customers to access the venue without installing the Kisi app. Members can also use the Kisi app for ongoing access where configured.
