      • Most applications are reviewed the same business day and, in many cases, within a few hours. If additional clarification is needed, Kisi will contact you directly, but that is rare. When approved, you will start to receive messaging from Kisi and be assigned a Program Manager.

        All referrals must be submitted through PartnerStack to ensure:

        • Accurate tracking
        • Commission protection
        • Proper attribution
        • No duplication or conflict with other partners or internal sales

        If you are a U.S.-based partner, you place orders directly through the Kisi Partner Page. This page is available only to authorized partners and shows current inventory, pricing, and your partner-level discounts. You can also work directly with your Partner Program Manager, whose contact details are available in the Partner Dashboard.

        If you are an international partner, you start by contacting your Partner Program Manager through the Partner Dashboard. They connect you with the appropriate Account Manager for the customer’s region to ensure shipping, logistics, and billing are handled correctly for that market.

      • Potentially, in some cases.Channel Partner commissions begin only once:

        • A partner is officially accepted into the program, and
        • A referral is submitted through PartnerStack before the customer signs.

      • As a Channel Partner, you earn a recurring percentage of Kisi software revenue for the entire lifetime of the customer. Your specific commission percentage may increase as you grow, based on volume or customer upgrades.

      • Yes. Channel partners earn more commission as customers expand:

        • Upgrades to higher plans
        • Add-ons with Kisi's platform
        • Additional doors
        • Additional licenses
        • Additional users
        • Additional hardware purchases
      • Commission is credited as soon as the customer pays the Kisi invoice. For recurring subscriptions, this happens automatically each billing cycle.
