How the Finegym x Kisi integration works

Finegym syncs membership data directly with Kisi to manage access automatically.

When a membership is created or updated in Finegym, the system assigns the member to the appropriate Kisi access group based on their plan. If a membership is cancelled, frozen, or expires, access is revoked immediately.

Gym operators map membership plans to Kisi access groups once, and Finegym handles the rest, including lifecycle events, daily synchronization, and on-demand updates from the dashboard.

Members are provisioned automatically without additional setup steps, while operators maintain full control over who can access each area of the facility.
