How the Alba + Kisi integration works

Alba connects booking and membership data with Kisi to automate access management for indoor golf venues.

When a guest makes a reservation, access is automatically granted for the duration of their booking and revoked when the session ends. If a booking is cancelled or modified, access permissions update accordingly without requiring manual intervention from staff.

For recurring members, ongoing access can be managed separately from individual booking windows. Alba’s SimLock functionality can also keep simulators locked when they are not booked, helping ensure equipment and facilities remain secure between sessions.
