How the Baseline x Kisi integration works

Baseline connects scheduling, membership, and booking data directly with Kisi access control.

When a member signs up, books a rental, or enrolls in a program, access permissions are automatically assigned based on their membership tier or booking details. Members receive a personalized access link through email or SMS shortly before their scheduled event, including facility and door information with unlock instructions.

If a membership expires or access needs to be removed, permissions are revoked automatically without manual updates. Door events are also logged alongside booking activity, helping operators track facility usage, attendance, and peak activity across locations.
