How the Co-Desk + Kisi integration works

Co-Desk connects booking and membership data with Kisi to automate access management.

When a member purchases a plan, books a meeting room, or receives a manual access grant, door permissions can be assigned automatically based on predefined rules. Access can be time-bound for bookings and day passes, or ongoing for active subscriptions and memberships.

Operators can sync doors and access groups directly from Kisi into Co-Desk, then configure access for shared areas, private offices, meeting rooms, or coliving spaces without manual door provisioning.

Members unlock doors using either the Co-Desk Member Portal or the Kisi app, while access is automatically revoked when bookings end or memberships expire.
