Swift helps sports facilities make more of their available hours by connecting online bookings directly with facility access. When a customer makes a booking, a unique Kisi credential is automatically created for the reserved time, including any access buffer configured by the operator.

Customers can book and pay online, then enter the facility without staff coordinating keys or access codes. This makes it easier for operators to offer self-service bookings during off-peak and after-hours periods while keeping access tied to each reservation.

How the Swift + Kisi integration works

Once a booking is made in Swift, the integration automatically generates a Kisi access credential for that reservation. Operators determine the booking window and can add extra time before or after the session, giving customers access only when they need it.

The credential expires when the configured access window ends, so staff don't need to manually grant or remove access for individual bookings. Each entry can also be connected to a specific booking or user, giving operators a clear record of facility access.

The integration works through Zapier, connecting the booking workflow in Swift with Kisi access control.
