LQDT Billing
Turn membership billing into automated gym access with LQDT Billing and Kisi.
With LQDT Billing and Kisi, access becomes part of the membership lifecycle. Members receive door access automatically at checkout, while cancellations and past-due memberships trigger automatic revocation. Day, week, and month passes work the same way, providing temporary access that expires on its own.
The integration also brings access activity into the LQDT owner portal, where staff can see successful unlocks, denied entries, and the reason behind a denial. This helps gyms keep access aligned with billing while reducing the work involved in managing member lists manually.
How the LQDT Billing + Kisi integration works
LQDT uses membership and payment status to determine access through Kisi. Online checkout and front-desk POS can provision access immediately, and different membership tiers can be mapped to different areas of the facility. Temporary passes receive defined access windows instead of ongoing permissions.
Staff can manage individual access directly from a member's LQDT profile, including provisioning access, resending a Kisi invite, or removing access. They can also review member-level door activity and denied entry reasons, such as a past-due membership or the wrong membership tier.
Setup is handled through the LQDT owner portal, where the Kisi organization is connected and doors are mapped to the appropriate locations. LQDT also offers white-glove onboarding for operators who want its implementation team to handle the connection and door mapping.
