This month’s updates introduce new ways to understand engagement and strengthen security oversight. You’ll find a new User Retention report, free to use for 90 days, along with improved tailgating reports that offer clearer, step-by-step evidence and a simpler setup. We’re also hosting a webinar on how Kisi is evolving into a broader space automation platform.

Understand engagement trends with the new User Retention report

Get a clearer picture of how people return to your space over time. The new User Retention report shows how often new users come back in the weeks or months after their first visit, helping you track engagement patterns across different cohorts.

This is especially useful for gyms and membership-based spaces, where early drop-off is a strong signal of churn. By seeing when new members stop returning, you can spot trends earlier and adjust your operations or offerings accordingly.

The User Retention report is available to all Pro+ customers, with 90 days of access for all customers after release.

Clearer evidence for tailgating incidents

Reviewing tailgating incidents is now even more reliable with an updated report that presents a clear, step-by-step timeline of what happened and when. From the initial unlock to people passing through the door and tailgating being flagged, each event is connected to clear, supporting evidence so admins can confidently understand exactly where and how an incident occurred.
